1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetBundlesGH ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Platform Services

GetBundlesGH provides automated digital services including data bundle and airtime top-ups across MTN, AirtelTigo, and Telecel networks in Ghana. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Platform.

4. Wallet & Payments

Wallet funds are non-refundable once used for purchases. Wallet top-ups are processed via Paystack and Mobile Money. GetBundlesGH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Agent / Reseller Program

Agent accounts are granted to approved users and carry wholesale pricing. Agents agree not to resell at prices that violate network operator guidelines. GetBundlesGH reserves the right to revoke agent status for policy violations.

GetBundlesGH's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 60 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
